I have distinct memories of opening our windows at home and putting the fans in to cool off. At the time, it was just our way of keeping comfortable in our own home when it got warmer. Looking back, I think it gave me the most comforting parts of my childhood, and it still fills me with happiness whenever I'm able to continue doing the same thing today.

FAN IN THE WINDOW is a culmination of past memories conveyed through different times of day. I always thought having a fan in the window at different points of the day felt completely different, and that's the main thing I wanted to focus on for this album. All of these tracks reminisce on relishing different times of day.
